Two things worth knowing, said plainly rather than left for you to guess:

• If your record is not reviewed, it may be that we simply have not got to it — we work to our own rhythms and we are not a newspaper — or that we did not find it interesting enough for In Your Eyes. Either way it is nothing personal.
• We do not publish press releases. If you send one, it will not appear here. Tell us about the record in your own words instead.
